How It Works

Step 1: Initial Consultation
During the first consultation, we will review your case and assess your chances of successfully completing the immigration process. An experienced Portuguese attorney will be present. The consultation lasts 2 hours and costs 500 euros. If you choose to continue working with us, the cost of the initial consultation will be deducted from our service fees.

Step 2: Preparing for the Immigration Process
A tax lawyer will take on your case, preparing your document package and helping you open a bank account in Portugal. You must travel to Portugal to open a bank account. At this stage, you pay 25,000 euros, minus the cost of the initial consultation, for our specialists' services.

Step 3: Project Certification
We will select a project for you in the area of cultural heritage preservation or artistic production in Portugal, prepare and submit documents for project certification to the Ministry of Culture of Portugal.

Step 4: Transaction
After receiving the certificate, you make a bank transfer from your account in Portugal to the account of the cultural organization executing the approved project. The transaction can be made remotely. At this stage, you pay 200,000 euros as a donation and 25,000 euros for our specialists' services.

Step 5: Applying for Residency
You submit a document package to the Immigration Service of Portugal. You must travel to Portugal for this step.

Step 6: Receiving Residency Card
You receive your residency card by mail or in person.
